  Features

•High Sensitivity: An optimized, highly sensitive detection system minimizes the risk of false negatives.

•Comprehensive Coverage: Designed with multiple specific primers targeting the mycoplasma 16S rRNA sequence, it comprehensively covers 54 mycoplasma species, including common laboratory contaminants.

•Simple & Fast: Requires no complex sample preparation, with an amplification time of 65 minutes—30 minutes faster than the V1 version.

•Excellent Stability: Tolerates a 5 μl volume of various sample types and demonstrates high thermal acceleration stability.

•High Specificity: No cross-amplification with common bacteria or engineered cell lines, ensuring reliable results.

  Data Presentation

Broad detection range

Broad detection range

Testing of seven common mycoplasma standards showed that the TransGen product detected all of them, while Company G's product demonstrated weaker amplification.

High Sensitivity

High Sensitivity

When testing a 100 copies/μl mycoplasma standard, the TransGen product demonstrated a detection sensitivity of 100 copies/μl. The Company G product failed to detect it.

High Inhibitor Tolerance

High Inhibitor Tolerance

When amplifying 1-5 μl of mycoplasma-positive cell culture supernatant, the TransGen product exhibited excellent tolerance to inhibitors, maintaining robust performance even at the maximum 5 μl loading volume.
