Product Details
FlyCut® SacII is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant SacII gene. The molecular weight is 32.1 kDa, with the recognition site at CCGC^GG. The reaction is conducted at 37oC, and heat-inactivated at 65oC for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm, but sensitive to mammalian CpG methylation.
