Product Details
FlyCut® PstI is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant PstI gene. The molecular weight is 38.3 kDa, with the recognition site at CTGCA^G. The reaction is conducted at 37oC, and heat-inactivated at 80oC for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation.
